Pricing

All prices on timorel.com are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless your storefront currency shows otherwise. Prices shown are for the product only; shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices, run promotions or end a sale at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it. Price changes after purchase, including later sales, do not qualify for price adjustments unless required by law.

Pricing errors

We work hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. We will let you know by email before doing so.

Discount codes and promotions

Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders.
Promotions may exclude certain items and may end without notice.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the tax rules of that state or local jurisdiction. The final tax amount is shown on the checkout page before you complete your purchase and on your order confirmation.

If your organization is tax-exempt, please contact us before ordering so we can review your exemption documents.

International orders, duties and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
