Products and descriptions
Our bags are knitted, so slight variations in color, pattern placement and size are normal and are not defects. Colors may also look different on different screens. We do our best to describe products accurately but do not guarantee every description is error-free.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors; if we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full. See Pricing & Sales Tax.

Intellectual property
All site content, designs and trademarks belong to Timorel or its licensors.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content for commercial use, posting unlawful content, or buying products for unauthorized resale using automated tools.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them in connection with our business. You confirm you have the right to share them and that they are truthful.
Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments and shipping are handled by third-party providers. Their own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.
Disclaimer
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timorel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
